A fun, interesting and educational way to develop confidence working closely with your co-workers. We choose Art projects that are right for your specific group, or honour an idea put forth by your company, such as office entrance banners desired by Pfizer Pharmaceuticals of Montreal.
Sylvia will guide you through the 3 hour experience in a safe, comfortable environment of your choice. Watch the interpersonal confidence grow with the successful Art Team Building project completed.
Company rates are based on numbers of participants, a minimum of 10, and all non-toxic materials are included.
Pfizer Team Building Art Workshop
Pfizer Corporation of Montreal approached Sylvia to conduct a Team Building workshop for their company of reps & management to launch their new HIV product. They were to create 3 large banners to hang in the lobby of their Montreal building when returning home from Vancouver.
Sylvia put together 3 teams (one panel each) to work on a specific theme for each banner. Team One had ‘ Darkness, Disease, Chaos ‘ – Team Two had ‘ Struggle, Courage ‘ – Team Three had ‘ Hope, Survival, Winning ‘.
After a mini lesson in Design, Composition & Color Theory, each team produced several designs & then chose their best while ascertaining that all 3 panels would work together when completed. They worked on 6 foot long canvases with everyone participating in the painting as well. The room was alive with energy and creativity. Three hours later Team Pfizer had successfully completed their Team Building project with everyone beaming and happy.
